Objectives: Handle Phone calls.
Customer Service Agents
Main responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and give correct information to the caller.
- Prepare reports.
Reporting to: Operation Manager
Subordinates: Administration, Secretary, Manager
Number required: 30
Duration: Temporary, 2 months only
Desired start date: immediate
Probation: 2months
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Gross monthly base salary: TBD

Requirements
- University Qualifications: BS Administration
- Other certifications obtained: Marketing and Customer Service
- Nature and length of previous experience: 1 year on experience in Customer Service
- Specialist knowledge: Marketing, Customer Service, Administration
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: ability to communicate both English and Arabic
- Age Range: 20-25
- Gender Preference: any
- Nationality Preference: any
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic
