Irwin & Dow are currently working in partnership with a leading global company, within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. With operations in over 50 countries, our client is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive to join their dynamic team, based in the Dubai office. Reporting directly to the Regulatory Affairs Team Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination of regulatory affairs activities, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance are maintained throughout the entire product life cycle, in line with international rules and regulations in the assigned countries.

Acting as the link between the global organization and the regulation authorities, your duties will include file compilation, meeting submission deadlines for supplies, coordinating and renewing regulatory certificates and updating the tracking database daily. Your role will also involve closely monitoring any changes or updates within the regulatory environment, ensuring all communication is delegated. You will also work closely with different teams and stakeholders, supervising the full life-cycle of the product including creation through to approval.

Requirements

In order to apply for this position, you will be educated to degree level within a scientific discipline and be a qualified Pharmacist. With at least 3 years’ regional experience in a similar role, you must have good verbal and communication skills and high levels of attention to detail and confidentiality. You must have an analytical mind coupled with the ability to work under tight deadlines and it is essential that you are fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will possess proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes such as, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
