Hays are currently supporting a leading independent asset management and investment advisory firm based in the DIFC with their search for a relationship manager to join their team in Dubai.

The relationship manager plays a critical role in developing and managing a strong UHNW & HNW client base and provides clients with tailored solutions for their investment portfolios.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new clientsu2019 relationships and support the firmu2019s growth by acquiring new UHNW & HNW clients.
• Be a trusted partner of your clientsu2019 financial needs, providing customized and comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Actively define your strategy to develop your clients' portfolios using the full breadth of the firm's capabilities.
• Achieve individual targets against KPIs, including revenue targets, client base growth (AUM), and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Candidate requirements:

• A seasoned professional with 7+ yearsu2019 experience in a well-established private bank or wealth management firm.
• An established UHNW & HNW client base with a presence in the UAE is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies is a value addition.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Interest and knowledge to explore alternative asset classes such as venture capital, hedge funds, crypto instruments etc. is welcome.
