Job description

Acquire and manage a portfolio of employers and SMEs, acting as a key point of contact for onboarding, servicing, and upselling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor benefit offerings, including payroll-linked insurance, financial wellness products, and more. Identify cross-sell opportunities across the firm's ecosystem, including asset management and investment offerings. Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement. Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship continuity, with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.

The successful applicant

• 3-8 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME lending, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.
• A strong network across HR decision-makers, SMEs, or institutional stakeholders in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product sets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
• UAE market knowledge is essential.
