Relationship Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the dynamic sales team at Manam Realty. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate developer market, a strong network of clients, and the ability to drive sales while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to close deals.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Provide personalized advice on investment opportunities in Manam projects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with a real estate developer in Dubai.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Own Car (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is preferred).
