Job description / Role
You will develop, agree and manage individual account plans and sales pipelines and/or identify, qualify and close new business opportunities. The goal is to steadily forge long-term relationships to secure the company's revenues and growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility is to grow profitable business with existing intermediary accounts and with new accounts, through defending renewal business and creating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships within assigned intermediary organizations to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base and decision making.
- Manage the overall sales pipeline with these intermediaries to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
Requirements
Years of Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of practical experience in Insurance Sector.
- Professionalism and overall attitudes towards Management and colleagues.
- To qualify for this fantastic opportunity you must be an Arabic Speaker and will be currently working for an insurance broker in the UAE.
