Description

The Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth by managing and expanding relationships with institutional and government clients. Responsibilities include:

* Managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Supporting sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UAE private sector.
* Preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
* Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
* Staying informed on product offerings and regulatory developments.
* Representing the platform at industry events and client meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

* 8-12 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within financial services or investment platforms.
* Proven success in managing institutional or government client accounts.
* Strong knowledge of the UAE financial services and workplace benefits landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in supporting sales processes and working cross-functionally.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are a plus.
