Relationship Manager - Institutional & SME Coverage

Job description / Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth by acquiring and managing relationships across two core client segments:

* Institutional Clients / Employers - including corporates, HR teams, and benefits decision-makers.
* SME Ecosystem Partners - such as small businesses, micro-SMEs, and entrepreneurs who engage with the platform's financial and insurance product suite

Description

* Acquire and manage a portfolio of employers and SMEs, acting as a key point of contact for onboarding, servicing, and upselling.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor benefit offerings, including payroll-linked insurance, financial wellness products, and more.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities across the firm's ecosystem, including asset management and investment offerings.
* Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement.
* Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship continuity, with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.

* 3-8 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME lending, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.
* A strong network across HR decision-makers, SMEs, or institutional stakeholders in the UAE.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product sets.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
* UAE market knowledge is essential.
