About the Client:
A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
-Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
-Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners and identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.

-40 years old and below
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
-At least 1 year relevant experience from Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail or Real Estate industry
-Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an added advantage
