A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects

Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
-Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners and identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives

- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1 year relevant experience from Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail or Real Estate industry
- Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an added advantage

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
