Position Title: Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including buyers, investors, and corporate partners, while acting as their main point of contact throughout the sales or leasing process
-Identify and match client needs by offering suitable property solutions, providing market insights, and managing portfolios to support their investment goals
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high-quality customer service
-Promote brand visibility by attending property events, networking with potential clients, and addressing concerns promptly in line with company policies

-Open to Arabic, European and Indian nationalities. Male, 45 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, or related field; master’s preferred
-Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex real estate developments
-Must have In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and stakeholder engagement

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
