Relocation / Field Consultant - Male (Dubai)
Reporting to the Operations Manager in Dubai, this role calls for a Western Educated Client Services professional to join this expanding team. The company is well known in the region and is enjoying a period of steady growth.
Key responsibilities will be to support the Account Manager in managing the client base in terms of working in the field. This will involve assisting clients in terms of seeking new residential property and assisting with viewings, establishing schooling options and arranging visits, settling them into their new lives in Dubai and generally showing them around the city.
Customer Service excellence must be experienced by clients at all times and the incumbent is responsible for ensuring this is the case on a continual basis. Attention to detail, accurate and efficient administrative support and open communication are also essential components.
Requirements
For this role expatriate knowledge is required and only candidates who have lived in Dubai for over a year will be considered. Someone who has worked in the airlines, hospitality, real estate or customer service sector would be given preferential consideration; someone who enjoys meeting people and likes being out and about!
There is a car provided and candidates must have a UAE driving license and should have been driving in Dubai for at least one year.
This is a lovely role, with a superb team environment and a very high stability factor. Our client is specifically seeking a male with superb language skills in Arabic and English.
