RELOCATION & TRAINING COORDINATOR

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A RELOCATION & TRAINING COORDINATOR TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

The Relocation & Training Coordinator will be responsible in handling 2 main activities: Regional and local Training Coordination/Logistics and Employee Relocation Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Support:
- Regional and local Training Coordination/Logistics and Employee Relocation Support.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Training vendor coordination and registration within Thales procurement system
- Learning Management System administration, update and reporting
- Training logistics management (catering, communication, hotel bookings, etc.)
- Support Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent Management in end to end event management
- Preparing presentations and relevant Talent policy and procedure documents

Relocation Support:
- Process the Tenancy contracts approvals, renewals, closure, refunds, handover, EJARIs and home insurance if needed.
- Monitor the onboarding and welcoming process for new joiners.
- Process of Utilities such as DEWA connection, Etisalat connections and disconnections.
- Support the expatriates in their mobilization process.
- Communicate with the relocation agencies
- Process the Purchase Orders in SAP and follow-ups on approvals, delivery, payments, warranty & support etc- task related to relocations.
- Follow up payments with Supplier / Finance Department.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations related to the HR induction & relocation if needed.
- Maintain a log/record of such works

Requirements

Skills/Experience/Educational Qualifications:

- Experience in an HR Training or Talent Development function and in using Learning Management Systems is required
- Vendor management and coordination experience preferred Advanced level Ms Office Skills
- Ability to generate and summarize various reports
- Experience with relocation agencies or Real estate field
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
- 7+ years or relevant experience
- Multilingual : English, French, Arabic (must)
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders at all levels
- Open minded, positive and energetic
- Ability to work under pressure & changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written English and preferably Arabic and/or French speaker
- Very well structured and excellent organization skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Team player and supportive
