Relocations Consultant - Abu Dhabi

Reporting to the Operations Manager in Dubai, this role calls for a Western Educated Client Services professional to join this expanding team. The company is well known in the region and is enjoying a period of steady growth.

Key responsibilities will be to support the Account Manager in managing the client base in terms of working in the field. This may involve assisting clients in terms of seeking new residential property, establishing schooling options or showing them around Abu Dhabi.

Customer Service excellence must be experienced by clients at all times and the incumbent is responsible for ensuring this is the case on a continual basis. Attention to detail, accurate and efficient administrative support and open communication are also essential components.

Requirements

For this role expatriate knowledge is required and relocation experience is an advantage but it is not mandatory. Someone who has worked in the airlines, hospitality or customer service would be given preferential consideration but candidates must have at least one years’ local knowledge. A driving license is essential.
