Relocations Consultant

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager in Dubai, this role calls for a Western educated client services professional to join this expanding team. The company is well known in the region and is enjoying a period of steady growth.

The Relocations Consultant is responsible for assisting the clients with residential property viewings and liaising with Real Estate companies and compounds on property handover, connection of utilities and maintenance contracts. They will support with organizing school visits and registration requirements, assist with obtaining driving license and with bank account opening. You will be the pivotal point of contact for them as they begin their new lives in Dubai, familiarizing them with the city.

You will work very closely with the Account Manager, providing the highest levels of customer service and ensuring a smooth transition into life in Dubai. Attention to detail, accurate and efficient administrative support and open communication are also essential components.

Requirements

For this role expatriate knowledge is required and only candidates who have lived in Dubai for over a year will be considered. Someone who has worked in the airlines, hospitality, real estate or in the customer service sector would be given preferential consideration; someone who enjoys meeting people and likes being out and about!

Candidates must possess a full clean, UAE driving licence and preferably their own car and must have been driving in the city for over a year. This is a lovely role in a close knit team environment with a super atmosphere.
