My client is one of the fastest growing project development and IPP companies in the Middle East. Due to a number of ongoing and projected projects in Central Asia, they're presently looking for an experienced project developer, with fluent Russian and exposure to solar power projects, to join their team in Dubai.

The role involves the development of key solar projects in the CIS countries, including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, so a fluency in Russian is mandatory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the company's existing renewable energy project portfolio in CA countries.
- Negotiation of technical contracts with manufacturers and EPCs
- Management of day-to-day relationships with all project stakeholders
Requirements
You'll have a good mix of engineering and finance knowledge, supported by a degree in engineering or similar, as well as at least 2 years of experience in the solar project market. Once again, you absolutely must be fluent in Russian.
