Renewal Executive

Job description / Role

The Renewal Executive plays a key role in maintaining tenant relationships by managing lease renewals efficiently and professionally. This position ensures renewals are completed on time, terms are adhered to, and tenants receive excellent service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and processes tenancy renewals within approved timelines and rent structures.
- Communicate with tenants, issue renewal notices and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate with Accounts to clear balances and collect payments and required documents.
- Prepare, update, and submit renewal files and reports to the team leader.
- Collaborate with Legal, Accounts & Maintenance teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and support retention efforts.
- Liaise with authorities (DEWA, DLD, Master Developers) for renewal related matters.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business , Real Estate, or a related field.
- No prior experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and real estate procedures.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
