Position Title: Renewals Advisor – Business Set Up (2 vacancies)

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
1. Manage contract or subscription renewals, negotiating terms, retaining customers, and ensuring continuity of services.
2. Upsell and cross-sell additional corporate services where applicable (e.g., visas, amendments, office solutions).
3. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client portfolios.
4. Update management on pipeline, completed renewals, and at-risk accounts.

Qualifications:
1. Open to Indian and Filipino nationals
2. Up to 45 years old
3. Must have own car and valid driver’s license
