As a Replenishment Supervisor the main purpose of your role will be to manage the customer (distributors/retail doors) orders to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled on time and in full; whilst liaising with Demand Team and other departments to ensure smooth running of ordering process. You are also responsible of coordinating with the inventory team control whilst leading the replenishment team.

You will ensure the daily coordination with suppliers and customers, tracking their performances as per-predefined KPIs and escalate all related issues.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Leadership of Replenishment team:
• Coordination of replenishment activities across all team
• Takes the Supply Chain Lead direction and ensures the replenishment team is acting in alignment
• Drives the performance of the team through being a role model and coach to the team

Process customer orders defined by Demand Planning Team:
• Issue Sales Orders and follow-up with supplier for delivery.
• Issue transfer from warehouse to warehouse to balance the stock when required and follow-up execution
• Keep customers informed about delivery plan
• Guarantee system alignment with physical receipts


Process store orders defined by Demand Planning Team:
• Issue Purchase Orders to local suppliers based in the same country and follow-up delivery.
• Issue transfer from warehouse to store and follow-up delivery.
• Keep store informed about delivery plan.
• Guarantee system alignment with physical receipts.
• Liaise with Demand Team and the warehouse to ensure that KPI’s are consistently met.
• In case of imports, he tracks with the support of the Import/Export Coordinator all shipments (quantity & quality) from point of supply up to warehouse/customer delivery.
• Ensuring system integrity: sales orders, transfers, stock adjustments, returns as per strict guidelines and plans.
• Deals with customer urgencies (out of stock) and inform internal teams.
• Organize and create a collaborative environment with customers (visits & meetings).
• Participating in regular review meetings with Commercial Teams.

Requirements:
• International logistical knowledge is desirable
• Working in a busy office environment
• Experienced in Order to Cash management, logistics and stock control dealing with multiple SKU in a fast moving environment with demanding customers. Ideally from a beauty, color or skincare background.
• Computer literate, especially in Excel
