Job description / Role

As a ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboard Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data accuracy and usability.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into effective reporting solutions. Additionally, you will enhance reporting processes, ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.

Description

* Develop and optimize reports & dashboards using ServiceNow's reporting and analytics tools.
* Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into solutions.
* Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
* Enhance reporting processes by automating tasks and adopting best practices.
* Maintain documentation and provide training to ensure effective report usage.
* Ensure data governance and security by adhering to policies and implementing access controls.

Job Offer

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
* Over 3 years in reporting, data visualisation, or dashboard development, with at least 2 years using ServiceNow.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools (Performance Analytics, List Reports, Report Designer), data modelling, and SQL; scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) is a plus.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; ITIL Foundation is a plus
