The opportunity
Reporting Manager required for a major masterplan development in Dubai.
Your responsibilities will include
• Designs and delivers reporting capability of a wider Mace reporting team in larger projects.
• Providing advice and guidance regarding reporting processes and tools to the wider Mace team/clients.
• Ensures that reports are run in alignment with the required drumbeat.
• Creating content in PDMS and updates as required.
• Supporting assistant reporting managers.
• Delivering client requirements to time and quality.
• Understanding and embodying safe working practices in offices and on-site.
• Leading negotiations with third parties as reporting/performance management specialists.
• Responding to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
• Interacting with a range of key stakeholders, including the client and the wider team.
• Working with others to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
Requirements
About you
• You have a relevant degree qualification.
• You have excellent knowledge of construction projects’ frameworks.
• You have an excellent understanding of key project processes.
• You have communication skills and client understanding.
• You have experience in coordinating multiple parties.
• You have the ability to facilitate meetings and also to support mediation discussions.
• You have construction industry awareness.
• You are a technical professional with reporting and performance management experience.
• You have a general understanding of all aspects of project controls, how they complement each other and wider project delivery.
• You have an understanding of Mace Way (Control Centre) processes and recommended tools.
• You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
• You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
