Job description / Role
We are looking for a RERA/ Dubai Land Department Administrator for our company. Candidate should be self motivated, enthusiastic , ready to take up the challenges.
- The candidate should be native Arabic speaker who has specific experience in RERA/ Dubai Land Department at least for 3 years.
- Should be experienced in Oqood/ DSR system ( Registration, consolidation, termination, RERA Inspection report, refund, settlement, final registration, applying for final plot title deed, splitting units… etc)
Salary offered – 7000K.
Requirements
- Submitting procedures/ application to Dubai Land Department and follow up with concern departments.
- Dealing with other authorities and Developers like Emaar, Dewa, Civil Defense and Dubai Municipality.
- Employee should be on board on 28th August 2016.
