Job description / Role

Looking for an expert professional in Intellectual Property search, Market search & Patent services for our Dubai & Abu Dhabi office the job.

- Conducting Patent and Market Research
- Patent searching (invalidity, patentability, freedom to practice)
- Patent evaluation, Technology landscape, and claim chart analysis, and technological interpretation thereof.
- Defining Unique features for inventors by mapping existing prior arts over different features or different elements.
- Expertise in Patent and market intelligence, Insights, performing market research, conducting market surveys.
- Patent Filing and assisting attorneys in Patent prosecution
- Patent Drafting, Office action response writing
- Client follow up regarding project reports, Patent filing
- Tracking patent status & coordinate between attorneys & client for the same, regarding project reports, Patent filing
- Conducting analysis and produce different type of report such as: Patent landscape, State of the art search, Freedom to operate, Patentability search, Infringement search, Design search Validity/Invalidity search, Patent Watch Portfolio& Benchmarking analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor or degree in any Engineering, Medical or technology field
- Able to work within a team and conducting team monitoring & training Team
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
