Employment: Full Time

Their clients range from the largest corporations to emerging growth companies, government and regulatory bodies, and major educational and cultural institutions. The Research Analyst works closely with Consultants and Research colleagues providing high quality, thorough research in response to specific requirements and business development opportunities.

Knowledge generation and management is a key requirement of the role; searching both internal and external resources and proactively identifying, analyzing and synthesizing information. You will help develop the creative processes and strategies to extract, capture and share relevant knowledge from within and outside of the organisation and manage it appropriately. Additionally, the role highlights trends and potential business development opportunities and supports the production of targeted marketing presentations. Incorporated into this, will be insight into industry trends and monitoring core client activity in the market.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with experience ideally in the Industrial sector or the more asset intensive segments of the services sectors, such as transportation and logistics. Specifically, candidates with market research or talent acquisition from industry, within an international, global organisation.

Very strong written and oral communication skills are vital as the role actively contributes to the start-up phase of projects and the Research Analyst will assist the consultants in developing the strategy of the project and the direction it will subsequently take. Document production in various formats is required, to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail.

Candidates will be University graduates with at least two years of relevant experience;
a Post-Graduate degree would be advantageous. Prior experience in market research, financial research or consulting would be beneficial coupled with knowledge in the aforementioned areas of transportation and logistics. Excellent IT ability in using online databases and search engines is essential, with a strong ‘hands on’ approach and ability to multitask. Additional languages such as Arabic and/or French would be desirable, but not are not pre-requisite.
