Position Title: R&D Engineer

Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A renowned engineering solutions provider in Dubai, specializing in high-quality refrigeration products and HVAC systems for commercial and industrial applications, with a proven track record across major regional projects and commitment to customers and sustainability.

Job Description:
• Lead the design, development, and testing of new and improved refrigeration products.
• Contribute technical expertise across the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation.
• Ensure company’s solutions maintain a leading-edge position in refrigeration technology.
• Address the specific and demanding requirements of our commercial and industrial clientele.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities. Male, 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. A master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on the same role with proven experience in data acquisition systems and sophisticated data analysis techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and advanced simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB) for design and analysis.

Salary:
AED 9000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
