Job Description
A research assistant position is available at Physics Department-United Arab Emirates University for a research project funded by the UAEU UPAR Program. In this project, applicant is expected to fabricate phase change material nanowires via vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) method. Different characterization techniques will be used such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), electrical characterization, transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Raman, etc.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification
Applicant must hold minimum of bachelor degree in physics, chemistry, or materials science and engineering. The candidate must be skilled in physics and/or material/electrical engineering lab works and show strong commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace.
