A position for Research Assistant is available at the Microbiology and Immunology department, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University

Requirements

Minimum Qualification

The applicant should have a Master's degree in Biological Science/ Biotechnology/Microbiology with at least two years of research experience post Master's qualification.

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience

The main objective of the research is in the area of exploring molecular characterization of bacterial species. The applicant must have experience in antimicrobial susceptibility, PCR, PFGE, antibacterial activity and biofilms. The candidate should have ability to work independently and should be able to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned in the lab.
