Job description / Role
The successful candidate should have a strong background in spatial analysis with experience and interest in remote sensing and GIS new applications. The work procedure includes: collecting and analyzing of data; categorizing and establishing relationships among variety of variables, and conducting field visits. The RA appointment is for one year subject to renewal.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Master Degree in the field of geospatial science or related studies; record of publications, language and presentation skills; research skills; organizational skills; and willingness to adapt to continuous changes associated with research demands.
Preferred Qualification
M.Sc. in Geographic Information System (GIS)/Remote Sensing and related fields.
Expected Skills/Rank/Experience
Programming, statistical analysis, GIS analysis/modeling, data integration, geocoding, and geomatics.
