As the Research & Insights Specialist / Senior Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and best practices in organisational design. Your insights will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing organisational effectiveness.

Description
* Conduct comprehensive research on organisational design trends and innovations against local, regional and international benchmarks
* Analyse data and generate actionable recommendations to optimise organisational structures
* Develop and maintain a repository of research findings, case studies and knowledge assets
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and foster knowledge sharing
* Utilise advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision-making
* Support the development and implementation of the function's strategy and objectives

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
