Job description / Role
- The primary function of reservations agents is to handle all aspects of table reservations for guests.
- Create and maintain reservation records.
- Provide information to potential guests by converting to sales from the incoming calls and coordinating details of each booking to concerned restaurant locations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- UAE experience is a must with prior hands-on exposure to phone bookings and customer service.
- English and Arabic language, Spanish is a plus.
