Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Dubai-based talented and experienced Reservations Manager who will be joining our dynamic and multi-cultural team. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of similar experience in the same field.

As Reservations Manager, you are responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations. The Reservations Manager will work to develop future and repeat business opportunities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Make daily weekly monthly reservation reports and statistics and ensure they are distributed to the respective departments.
- Implement effective reservations strategies; set and amend selling strategies across all channels, and segments as directed by the direct report as applicable per-property level.
- Monitor and report results of any incentive programs in place; responsible to make sure the integrity of the program is maintained, and that all requirements are followed.
- Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally, and promptly handled within standard timelines and ensure that there is no loss of business.
- Track Calls using standard call conversion sheets, reporting calls on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensuring that calls are not lost resulting in lost business.
- Cross-check and verify all calls and booking entries in the system and monitors email correspondences checked by the Reservations Supervisor.
- Conduct training to existing and new agents in the team to maintain and improve reservation selling skills.
- Monitor and maximize revenues opportunities to achieve budgeted and forecasted transient revenue targets
- Ensure all rate plans and categories are accurate
- Conduct any other tasks as assigned by management time to time.

Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years of sales/reservations experience in the hospitality sector is a must
- Work and timings flexibility
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player
