Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for inputting accurate reservations, alerting hotel staff of VIP arrivals, collecting, recording, and distributing guest preferences. Warmly and enthusiastically assist guests with reservations, inquiries and cancellations, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

High School Graduate

Possess a good command of the English & Arabic language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.

Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Ability to input and access data in a computer.

Ability to focus attention on details.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Ability to work well under pressure within any given period of time, which includes coordinating many requests at any given time.

A college education or training in the hospitality industry.
