We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Manager to join the Revenue & Reservations team. The ideal candidate will have sound experience of Reservations with good exposure to the Revenue Department.
The Reservations Manager ensures the smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.

Key Responsibilities of the Reservations Manager are:

- Have knowledge of the entire Reservation procedure according to the Hotel SOPs
- Allocate daily tasks to Reservations team
- Daily Reporting
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures
- Monitoring Telephone Manner and general performance of reservations staff daily.
- Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Director of Revenue

Requirements

Skills:

- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
