Job Description

Reservations Supervisor

- Attract guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service through communication and sales skills, in order to improve the hotel's image and to increase revenue.
- Recognize potential clients and to transmit information to the Sales Department.
- Maintain a good commercial relationship with all the bookers: guests/companies/agencies.
- Manage and enter all group requests and blocks into the Opera PMS and co-ordinate with Sales and Revenue manager with regards to status change and wash of group blocks.
- Promote the Accor loyalty programs and the hotel promotions.
- Respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.
- Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest satisfaction and recording it.
- Report all guest comments or complaints.
- Call the manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in Hotel or Resort, as Reservations Agents.
- Luxury hotel or resort background preferred.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Fluent in English (French & Arabic will be an advantage)
