Job description / Role
We are part of a European and Middle-East based Hospitality business with over 700 rooms.
We are looking for a Residence/Apartment Manager to manage the day to day running of our two properties in Dubai, UAE and take care of all aspects of the building, tenant’s and staff.
You should have experience of:
• Managed Serviced Hotel apartments, Residences or similar in the UAE.
• Staff and Team management and training.
• Reasonable knowledge of FM standards and issues.
• Dealing with professional tenant’s staying long and short term.
• Reporting, daily, weekly and monthly.
• Meeting international service standards and hospitality best practices
Requirements
• Good communication in English, written and verbal.
• Be able to use Computer based building and rental Management software packages.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Have an eye for detail
• Be extremely smart and well presented at all times.
• Be punctual and available 24/7 to deal with any issues anytime as required
