Job description / Role
Our client is a leading architectural practice based in Dubai looking for a resident architect to join their well established team.
You will be responsible for the below:
• Lead the project team to develop architecture design solutions for projects.
• Investigate options and alternatives for architecture design concepts.
• Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tender and construction.
• Clarify scope of work and prepare fee schedule.
• Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
• Review cost control for turnkey projects.
• Plan designer work flow.
• Assist in marketing and representation for the company.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will posses over 10 years relevant experience having worked on 5* hotel projects. High rise building is also an advantage. Suitable candidates will be based in Dubai and must hold an architectural degree.
