Resident Engineer

Job description / Role

My client a large international architectural firm has an immediate opening for a Resident Engineer for one of its hotel projects in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international design consultancy on an exciting project in Dubai.

Salary:
AED 48,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Flights + Medical

Requirements

The successful candidate should fulfil the following criteria:

- Minimum of a Degree in Architecture/Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years post graduate experience with 10 years on site roles
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Middle East experience is essential.
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Have lead the site team for the full life cycle on at least one major project.
- Must have 5 - 10 years experience on hotel/hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
