Job description / Role
International Architecture practice have a landmark project they are starting to deliver on site. Established in the Middle East for over 15 years with a portfolio of landmark projects, they have a strong regional and international reputation.
Currently they require a Resident Engineer to be based on site and manage the construction of the project, managing client and contractor relationships, and managing team of engineers and architects on site.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant industry experience, including site supervision experience in administering and delivering large-scaled projects, in the Middle-East (preferably the UAE) for a reputed Design consultancy.
- Good academic credentials with minimum of a degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
- Astute and level-headed professional with exemplary leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills; ability to handle extreme work pressure; and track-record of heading multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
- Membership in appropriate professional institution(s) would be an added advantage.
- Tower project experience in Dubai is highly advantageous.
- Polished presentation is required to represent this Design studio to the client.
