Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Residential Property Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Leasing Executive to be responsible for leasing large multi-unit residential deals and complex/high-value or bulk units to new corporate clients, ensuring maximum rental values are maintained, department's revenue targets are met, vacant units are limited, customers are retained and satisfied at every step.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generates business leads through developing a network of key sector contacts and marketing/advertising initiatives.

Business Development:

• Conduct primary market analysis, collect firsthand knowledge to assess potential business establishments for generating leads for staff accommodation
• Maintain and develop strong business relationships with key sector contacts to generate leads, develop leasing pipeline, increase transactions and maintain sector pricing knowledge and trends.
• Evaluates and provides recommendations regarding target sectors/companies in relation to available stock and work closely with the line manager to accordingly tailor leasing strategies.

Leasing Targets:

• Achieve individual leasing targets and generate revenue by leasing multi-unit residential deals and complex/high value or bulk units to new corporates within prescribed timelines and as per set lease targets.
• Schedule and conduct viewings of properties with potential clients.
• Negotiate and ensure conversion of inquiries into closed transactions.
• Regularly inspects vacant properties, makes recommendations to the line manager regarding maintenance, upgrade and pricing (where necessary) to limit vacancy time and also to achieve targeted rental values.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Manage relationships with tenants/clients for limiting complaints, ensuring retention and repeat business by enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Handle tenant requests effectively for unit transfers including upgrades/ downgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from recognized university. Bilinguals / UAE Nationals preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Market Knowledge, negotiation skills, persuasive with leasing skills, Customer service orientation and adherence to company norms and standards.
• Results and Customer Oriented, Functional Expertise, Collaboration & Team Work, Integrity
