Position Title: Residential Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 15.5K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Oversee and manage residential participant services in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, contracts, and accreditation standards
• Develop and implement program operational procedures including staff development, compliance with regulatory agencies, and safety procedures
• Negotiate with contractors to ensure that repairs are made in a timely manner and that contractors provide high-quality workmanship
• Monitor the condition of the structure to ensure that repairs are made as needed
• Make sure that all necessary safety precautions are followed by residents to ensure their safety
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationalities
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience of similar role and with background from F&B or Hospitality Industry in UAE is preferable
