Residential Sales Executive - Dubai Festival City - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

This role falls under the residential properties division of Al Futtaim. The incumbent is required to support the residential sales team by registering contact details of interested clients who walk into the Dubai Festival City Mall.

The Residential Sales Executive will be required to work out of Kiosks at Dubai Festival Mall. The job profile involves walking by visitors at the mall or inviting mall visitors to the Dubai Festival City Residential Properties kiosk/stand; interacting and engaging with clients using brochures and property information; registering contact details of interested clients in our database. Though the role doesn't involve direct selling, the employee is expected to achieve a target of acquiring 5 potential contacts daily.

This role will report to the Residential Sales Manager and will involve a rotational roster of work which would include weekends, official holidays and working outside official working hours with one day holiday during the week. The company will not be providing transportation.

The shift timings are listed below:
- Sunday to Wednesday: Shift 1 - 10:00 to 19:00 and Shift 2 - 13:00 to 22:00
- Thursday to Saturday: Shift 1 - 10:00 to 19:00 and Shift 2 - 15:00 to 00:00

Requirements

This role requires someone with a personable, friendly and pleasant attitude; confident and customer oriented.

The person should be able to manage their own transportation for the above listed shift timings and be willing to work 6 days a week on a rotational basis in all of the shifts mentioned above.

Someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or product promotion would be a good fit for the role.
