Residential Sales & Leasing Consultant - Dubai

GBP 50,000 - GBP 250,000 PER ANNUM (TAX FREE)

* Sales Negotiator £60, 000 - £100,000 OTE, Potential of earning up to £250,000 per annum!
* Off Plan Investment Specialists £60, 000 - £100,000 OTE, Potential of earning up to £250,000 per annum!
* Lettings Negotiator £50,000 - £60,000 OTE, Potential of earning £70,000 per annum!


THE ROLE
To act as a negotiator between all parties to ensure a successful sales or leasing transaction of some of Dubai’s most exclusive property.

Once a sale/let has been agreed, contracts will be summited to a specialist in conveyance/sales progression enabling you to continue to generate new business.

Daily roles will include servicing new buyer and tenant enquiries, Sourcing and Listing new Properties, canvassing for new business, matching suitable properties tailored to the needs of the clients, Booking and conducting property viewings and valuations and Negotiating on offers.

You will be at the very forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. It is the attitude and determination of all our negotiators that has enabled us to revolutionise estate agency.

Requirements

- Passport and Full Driving License
- Drive and determination
- A strong work ethic
- Target and KPI orientated
- Good Organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 2 years Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
