Job description / Role
Our client is a leading offshore survey company in the Middle East region. Company collects and interprets data related to the earth's surface and the soils and rocks beneath and provides advice for purposes related to the oil and gas industry.
The Primary function is to determine resource and asset requirements for projects, ensuring requirements are aligned with client demand and commercially viable, meeting service standards. Implement a resource management plan and asset tracking process to meet the business requirements. Liaise with Line Managers to identify, forecast and agree project requirements. Coordinate transportation of equipment, assets, and tools to project sites and back, including any change in manpower, exchange of equipment. Delivering the manpower and resourcing plan by having a understanding of resource plans and headcount required to support projects.
Requirements
You must have a Degree Qualification with minimum 5 years of experience as resources planner, preferably in Operations or technical department.
You must be proficient in MS Project or related software database skills to track staff movements and asset movements (drill rigs & vehicles) across GCC region.
