Employment: Full Time

Synopsis

The Resource Planning Officer reports to the Manager Resource and Capacity Planning and ensures to manage day to day operational manpower planning functions required for the line and light maintenance operation, ensuring Etihad Airways' safety, airworthiness and economic objectives are met in an efficient manner.

Accountabilities

- Maintains workforce availability with appropriate skill / scope to support Technical operations as per defined targets
- Maintains roster with the updated qualifications on a day to day basis
- Tracks and schedules mandatory and non-mandatory training requirements for all staff
- Tracks time and attendance for all operations staff within Technical Operations
- Manages time-off requests for all operations staff within Technical Operations
- Tracks, maintains and processes records of Over-time for staff in liaison with Payroll department
- Caters to manpower requirements for Riding Engineer operations, Aircraft Transfer projects, Entry into service projects, AOG Recoveries or any other special assignments
- Efficiently manage staff onboarding process and ensures newly-joined staff are in compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Monitors and processes staff access passes to the workplace as required
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for Etihad employees through efficient Resource Planning

Requirements

Education & Experience

- Education: Degree diploma or high school is preferred
- Experience: Strong Ms Excel background preferred with strong communication skills, minimum 2 years of airline/ 3 years of MRO experience preferred.
- Intermediate expertise in Office 365 tools
