Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

* Manages and owns the entire recruitment life cycle
* Represent the organisation during the entire recruitment process and ensure coordination of interviews by all concerned
* Works closely with senior-level internal hiring managers across the business
* Develops and maintains talent pools for assigned positions

Requirements

Requirements:

* 3+ years of Recruitment experience. Preference will be for Industry knowledge in the Retail/Luxury industry
* Strong knowledge of multiple job boards, social media, other sourcing platforms, ATS and CRM
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated to work independently and a confident decision maker
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
