Restaurant Assistant Manager up to 15k Aed for a Casual Dining Restaurant in AUH

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in running of both outlets in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover, profitability, gross margins, labour ratios and all other costs
- Planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit

Requirements

- POSITION: Restaurant Assistant Manager
- SALARY: 15,000 AED All-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Causal Dining Restaurant
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join by 12th December 2019
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any nationality
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
- At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial Capacity in a Hotel or Food and Beverages environment

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering high quality service and operations
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to drive topline revenues
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge on basic business math and accounting skills
- Good command over English (Writing and Speaking)
