Job description / Role
We are a new French Cafe restaurant just opened in Dubai uae.
We search for a qualified Floor Restaurant Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in an casual upscale restaurant.
The successful candidate will be able to follow, implement and develop the brand standards, operate with hands on on the floor, train his team and guarantee a smooth and quality operation at all times.
Arabic speaking candidates already in uae and available to start, will be prefered.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a high profile brand. Graduate of a hospitality/management school, skillful in floor management with a hands on attitude. Good communications skills, problem solving oriented, and passionate about people, operations and food.
