Restaurant General Manager

Job description / Role

• Manage daily restaurant operations with operational excellence.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of all staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Monitor financial performance: budgets, cost control, P&L.

• Has to be South Indian – Malayalam speaker
• Experience should be coming from South Indian Restaurant
• Proven experience managing full restaurant P&L with strong control over food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability.
• Strong leadership experience handling large teams (including kitchen and service staff) in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
