Restaurant Head Chef

Job description / Role

Casual dining restaurant in Dubai is looking to hiring a head chef, the chef should be responsible on the following:
- Menu development and costing
- Food suppliers
- Check freshness of food and ingredients
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
- Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
- Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
- Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

Requirements

At least 3 experience as a head chef and 10 years industry experience, clean, punctual and passionate about his work.

Candidate should have a very good work portfolio in developing food concepts and recipes.
