Position Title: Restaurant Hostess
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handing various fine dining restaurant brands

Job Role:
• Perform mise-en-place during and at the end of each shift such as menu wiping, refilling of silver trays, cleaning high chairs, restroom check, pager inventory, arranging side stations and updating the server’s map
• Maintain a complete and updated knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
• Provide precise information and address guest queries by establishing a strong knowledge about the facilities of the restaurant, its daily events & functions and social events in Dubai
• Demonstrate welcoming with a warm and courteous greeting of guests upon arrival and escorting to designated/reserved tables and bids farewell at the time of leaving
• Estimate wait times and handing pagers whenever the restaurant is full
• Monitor reservations, table allocations, waiting lists and discounts redemptions
• Check reservation book on a regular basis for next meal reservation

Requirements

• Open to Arabic and French speaker candidates
• Female, 25 years and below
• High School or any relevant
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum 160.02 or 5’3’’ in height
• Excellent communication skills, Turkish is a plus
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
